1. Services

Fortifier Security Solutions provides professional security system installation, maintenance, and support services including CCTV, alarm systems, access control, intercoms, and related equipment. All services are carried out by licensed security technicians.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Quoted prices are inclusive of standard labour and materials unless otherwise stated.
• Additional costs may apply for non-standard conditions identified during installation (e.g. difficult wall structures, long cable runs, additional equipment requirements).
• Pricing does not include third-party monitoring subscriptions unless explicitly included in the quote.

3. Payment

• A deposit may be required prior to commencement of work, as outlined in your quote.
• Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fortifier Security Solutions reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable Queensland law.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of engagement.

4. Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our installations. Our lifetime workmanship guarantee covers defects arising directly from the manner in which your system was installed by our technicians.

• This guarantee applies to installation workmanship only — not to hardware faults, third-party interference, or damage caused by the customer.
• Warranty on equipment is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
• Guarantee is void if equipment has been tampered with or modified by unauthorised persons.

5. Access to Premises

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to your premises to carry out the requested services. We will treat your property with care and respect at all times.

• You are responsible for ensuring the premises are free from hazards before our team arrives.
• Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

6. Equipment & Ownership

• All supplied equipment remains the property of Fortifier Security Solutions until payment is received in full.
• Once payment is made in full, ownership of equipment transfers to the client.
• We accept no responsibility for equipment supplied and installed by third parties.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover technician travel and time.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

• Fortifier Security Solutions is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use or failure of installed systems.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
• We do not guarantee that installed security systems will prevent all criminal activity or unauthorised access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Fortifier Security Solutions. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
